I have never had such good customer service from a moving company - on both ends. The packers were friendly, professional and thorough; they even came back several hours later when it was discovered a piece of furniture had not made it onto the truck. The unpacker (Frank) at this end left me speechless though; he stayed in close phone contact and, when I couldn't be present, he called for a description of where I would like things placed, which he did precisely as described, and then texted me pictures! I wish I had been there to tip him; it would have been generous. Many thanks for making a tedious job smooth and compassionate. I highly recommend this company.
