We booked with Tim Shirk. We had originally booked for 08/01, but I changed the date to 07/31. Unfortunately, it did not get updated in their system. When they called on the Friday before to confirm, we discovered the error. Things happen, their reaction is what is important. They were able to find another crew out of the Palm Desert Office. Coming from PD to San Bdno and then taking our furniture to South OC made for a very long day for our crew. However, Junior, Mario and Santiago were awesome! They were very professional, helpful and careful with our possessions. They are plenty of clean blankets to wrap, They had the tools to disassemble. They packed so much stuff into their truck. It was unbelievable! Nothing broken or lost. Everything placed in our new home where we wanted it. Even moved a few items to a different spot. I could not have asked for a better crew. Overall, very happy with the service received and would definitely recommend Merit Movers in the future.
