This is our third time using Merit. This however, was our first local move. As always, the team did a great job. Kari Stanley does an excellent job of getting the process started and sees it through to the end by making sure we are taken care of every step of the way. The driver, Dennis and the fellas who loaded and unloaded, Eddie, Robert, and Izzy were polite and worked hard to get us loaded and unloaded as quickly as possible. I would happily recommend Merit for all local & long distance moves!

Excellent Service!!! John Horitz gave us a quote, Carlos & team totally delivered! We moved from OC to the desert & in 7 hours, Carlos & crew had us packed up, delivered & all my furniture & boxes were put into my new home exactly as I requested. They were awesome, they were friendly, professional & treated us & our belongings with respect. Also, no extra fees, they charged us exactly what was quoted. We would definitely use them again & will refer all of our friends to Merit, Thanks Guys!!

I have never had such good customer service from a moving company - on both ends. The packers were friendly, professional and thorough; they even came back several hours later when it was discovered a piece of furniture had not made it onto the truck. The unpacker (Frank) at this end left me speechless though; he stayed in close phone contact and, when I couldn't be present, he called for a description of where I would like things placed, which he did precisely as described, and then texted me pictures! I wish I had been there to tip him; it would have been generous. Many thanks for making a tedious job smooth and compassionate. I highly recommend this company.

Movers were right on time and very professional. All boxes placed exactly where requested and all furniture was wrapped in plastic and then with padding. Not one item was scratched or misplaced. Was very pleased with the service. Sergio and his team of helpers were fantastic. Would definitely use again. Thanks for making the move so seamless on your part.

Very very happy with their service. Everything was right - they arrived on time, they moved everything carefully and padded and wrapped so throughly no furniture was damaged. Everything placed in the right room - this was crucial this is a two story house with 4 bedrooms. And they were pleasant and helpful - couldn't ask for better service!

Best movers ever! From our initial meetings with John Forish to all our unpacking Nothing broken so far - all went well. Sergio our truck driver packed most of my dishes and did a super job. Five guys worked really hard all day and completed the move in one day in the heat. I highly recommend Merit Moving Systems
