I would highly recommend Merit Moving Systems. Moving is stressful, but Kevin's expertise was calming, and Alyson as our location manager answered every question and kept me informed. I looked forward to her calls. She really cares about her clients, and I felt the actual physical move was something I didn't have to worry about. Our belongings arrived the day we did, and the crew was pleasant and professional. Everyone did an excellent job.

Dave and his crew drove from 2-1/2 hours from thousand Palms down to San Diego, packed my things, then returned to store them at your facility in thousand Palms. 35 minutes out from arrival, I received a phone call to let me know their ETA. They arrived at 7:40 AM, packed all my things and were done by 9:40 AM. They moved quickly and efficiently, wrapping and taping anything that was not already packed in boxes. Dave meticulously inventoried every item that was being packed. When they left, they took any packing material and trash that remained. All three gentlemen were professional and courteous. I would definitely hire merit moving again and would definitely ask for Dave’s crew!

It is my pleasure to give five starts to Merit United Van Lines. Kevin Pruitt came to our home, discussed all phases of our move, provided us with a written estimate and answered all our questions. On moving day, they arrived on time, loaded quickly and efficiently, handling all our belongings with care. They were pleasant, courteous and moved quickly. They even took our golf cart! We moved out of state. The driver, Joe, kept us updated on his arrival, arrived on time with a courteous and efficient crew that carefully unloaded all our belongings. But --hear this! Today I received a substantial credit being refunded to our credit card. How good is that! I can't recommend them high enough! They are the best!
