Our movers, Steve Rodriguez, Driver # 80207 and Matt Fortney were very patient and considerate of our furnishings, making sure that everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. WHILE THE MOVE WAS FOR THE MOST PART POSITIVE, I AM DEEPLY DISTURBED BY THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS PROMISED UP FRONT AND WHAT LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS ACTUALLY MADE. I TOOK OUT TRIPLE THE INSURANCE LEVELS TO PROTECT MYSELF. NOW I AM HAVING TO FIGHT FOR REPAIRS TO BE MADE TO DAMAGED ITEMS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE MOVING A HOUSEHOLD ACROSS COUNTRY.

This was a local move. The crew arrived 35 minutes early. They worked without taking a break. They were courteous, considerate of my property, and very helpful. The leader, Junior, was really first rate. I would give them two thumbs up and use them again.

What a pleasure to work with Merit Moving Systems. The estimator (Kevin) arrived on time, Julie called the day before the move to confirm, and the movers arrived 15 minutes early rather than 60 minutes late. The movers did an exceptional job taking great care with all of our possessions. In fact, they did the entire job in 2 1/2 hours, much less than the estimate. All of our possessions are now in storage with Merit and we will look forward to being reunited with them in the near future.

I am always a little skeptical when it comes to movers but Kari Stanley (Estimator) Cherie Turner (Coordinator) and Brad Glass and his helpers did an awesome job. I moved from Murrieta CA to Eureka CA. Everything went as smooth as clockwork. I can't say enough about Merit Moving Systems and I highly recommend them. They are the best moving company I have ever dealt with.
