Merit Moving Systems was engaged by my mother-in-law for a local move and I must say it went splendidly. The crew (David and John) arrived on-time and were supplemented by two others. They were quite fast, courteous, took instruction well, and the move was accomplished both quicker than estimated and without any damage. AND the costs were less than the original estimate! Our move was scheduled as a 2 day move and all 5 men showed up from beginning to end with positive attitudes, accommodating to our needs and had good suggestions about furniture placements on the delivery date. The office even called during loading and unloading times to make sure we were please with the service. We were happy with Merit and the service we received.

First experience with a moving company and I'm really impressed ! Frank, who did the quote, is such a nice person ! He was perfectly on time, very helpful and responsive to all my emails and questions. On the moving day, the crew (Carlos, Jose, Richie) did a great job ! workers very fast and friendly packing and loading truck we were very satisfied but when they delivered the stuff there was no order just shoved in garage could not read what was in the boxes...important fragile glass stuff on the bottom of very heavy boxes and needed items in the back it was just a jumbled mess....very unsatisfied with delivery. found good china on the bottom of 3 heavy boxes ...can't even explain what they did with my $3000 sewing machine
