Great Move!
Merit Moving systems is by far the best moving company out there. Started with a prompt, professional and not to exceed quote for the move with Kevin Pruitt. From there is just kept getting better... Alyson, in the office was great at organizing, communicating and billing through the entire move. Finally, the movers that came out were on time, clean, professional and very kind. They worked an entire day without taking any breaks and also got a massage chair of mine upstairs, which I did not think was possible. If that was not good enough.. The final bill came in a little less than what was quoted! Will only use Kevin Pruitt and Merit Moving team for any business or personal moves.

Using Merrit Moving out of Thousand Palms for my move to Las Vegas was a great/perfect moving experience. The driver (Sam) was extremely helpful and courteous (along with his helpers) and went out of his/their way to make sure anything I needed was taken care of including helping me move things that were beyond the scope of their service. All of my things were wrapped and protected quite well with moving blankets (far beyond other movers I have used in 5 moves I have done across the United States). Can't say enough about the service I received.

I had Merit move my office and household furniture from Del Mar to Rancho Mirage. They are exceptional in their service from beginning to end. Alyson and her team at the Thousand Palms location are truly exceptional! They coordinated a move for us from Florida, long term storage, and move into a new house here all seamlessly and efficiently. These folks are total pro's, and they treat your belongings with total respect and care. Highly recommend!
A Great Experience
The Merit Moving System estimator, Joe Almeida, came to our house and gave us an estimate for the things we wanted to move from Burbank, CA to Montana. Subsequent to that meeting things changed and he had to come back again and re-estimate and he did so on time and he was thorough and professional. On the day of the move, three men arrived on time and did a wonderful job of packing and wrapping everything up for us. We had to have things stored for a week because we need to get back to Montana to receive the items and that also was a blessing for us. Alyson Mattox, our Customer Service Coordinator, stayed in contact almost daily to apprise us of the progress of our move. In Montana, we had to have our furniture delivered to two different locations and that was not a problem for Merit Moving Systems and United Van Line. Everything was delivered to each location perfectly and we had no negative issues in any of our dealings with Merrit Moving Systems or United Van Lines. I would recommend them highly for your moving needs.
Wonderful Peace of Mind
Merit Moving Systems was the perfect choice for our cross country move from Los Angeles to Nashville. Everyone was so kind and professional from the estimator, our dedicated agent to the movers. The movers were on time for bother move out and move in. The items came two days after our closing date and NOTHING WAS BROKEN! They calmed my nerves and made a hectic move extremely palatable and gave me amazing peace of mind. I would absolutely call Merit Moving Systems/United Valines to handle any future moves.

The gentlemen loading and moving us were wonderful and so friendly. From breakable packers to loading and loading the giant truck, it was a smooth transition. Couldn't be happier.
